THE RULES
-
You must time yourself running a 5k course of your choice, which is more or less the same amount of uphill as downhill (or flat).
-
The course must be exactly 5k as measured by you or your watch.
-
Respect other people's space and follow social distancing guidelines. It is imperative that as runners we don't make others feel unsafe.
-
Your run must be started between 8am and 12 noon on Saturday, and your time then submitted via the online form by 1pm so results can be provided promptly (See FAQ for timings for those not in the UK).
-
No evidence is required of your time. But feel free to post pics etc in the Facebook group.
-
Carbon is permitted.
-
.. and finallly, everybody runs at their own risk, this is not a real event. I feel I ought to say that even though hopefully it's pretty obvious!
