Fly 5k 13th Inter-Club Competition, 20th March 2021

To qualify clubs needed to have a minimum of six runners taking part, including at least one male and one female runner.

Each club gets a score which is the total of the gender finish position of the first male runner over the line, the gender finish position of the first female runner over the line, and 4 x the average gender finish position of all other runners. Lowest score wins!

Cornwall AC are the defending champions after winning the last two competitions.

A total of 17 different clubs were able to form a team and post a score for today’s competition.

The club podium places are as follows: 1 St Albans AC 2 Cornwall AC 3 Chiltern Harriers

4 Run Redbourn! 5 Phoenix Striders 6 MadRunners 7 St Albans Striders 8 Edmonton Running Club 9 North Herts Road Runners 10 Not in a Running Club 11 Harpenden Arrows 12 Pitsea Running Club 13 Your Town Runners 14 Wheathampstead Warriors 15 Fairlands Valley Spartans 16 Rhyl Runners 17 Lonely Goat Running Club
