Well done to all 132 runners who took part in today's Fly 5k. We had times coming in from various holiday destinations; Venice, Cyprus and Cornwall to name a few!

We had 24 Fly 5k PBs today, and 13 first timers.
Today saw the women's record broken once more by Lesley Locks of Aldershot, Farnham & District, with a superb 18:05. Age category records were set not just by Lesley but also Isabelle Head (JW10), Ian Sage of Dunstable Road Runners (VM70-74) and Rebecca Nkoane of Chiltern Harriers (VW40-44).
Will Bowran notched up his fifth men's win coming in with a time of 16:50.
