Results from Event #47, 10th April 2021

There were 310 runners who ran Fly 5k today, including 14 first timers and 51 Fly 5k PBs. I spotted that some of you ran lifetime PBs today too, so an extra well done to you!


We had runners from 64 clubs taking part, including Bournemouth AC who made their first appearance… come back later to see which club won the inter-club competition!


A special congratulations to Sylvia MOSS and Richard SVED for running their 30th Fly 5k today, that's a great achievement and shows real commitment.


Well done to the following who ran their 20th Fly 5k: Michael DIXON, Roy HARRIS, Jim HOPKINS, Roz JONES, Dawn KEVEREN, Rachel MACKIE, Zelah MORRALL, Jo NEGUS, Lloyd RYAN, Louise WILKERSON.


Big cheers to those who ran their 10th Fly 5k today as well; Paula CORNELIUS, Danny DELL, Timea ERDOS, Jan HAZIRCI, Wendy HIRST, Peter NEWTON, Karen SPROD, Tony WRIGHT.


That's a whooping 1,700k between the 20 of you, wow!


We had 3 age category records set today - well done to Richard JENKIN (VM75-79, Cornwall AC), Jenny MORGAN (VM65-69, St Edmunds Pacers) & Jackie JENKIN (VM70-74, Cornwall AC).


And last but not least, the overall individual winners today were (drum roll please...):
