Congratulations to everyone who got out there today, it was nice to finally join in again, albeit running through pain with my slowest time by about 2 minutes 40 it is some weeks all about getting out there and starting the long road to recovery with small steps, I hope anyone else injured right now or returning from injury slowly all have speedy recoveries. Enjoy the rest of your weekends.
