Fly 5k #8 is this coming Saturday, 25th July.
For a lot of us now this is all very familiar, and big thanks to all our "frequent flyers" (sorry, dreadful pun) for making Fly 5k the happy event it is 😊 21 people are in the 100% club having taken part in all seven events so far, and another 38 people have run six out of the seven, many of whom weren't aware of Fly 5k when we had our first event. I love seeing the same names popping up in the time submissions each week as it means you're getting something out of it, and we have a great turnout each week. And here are those people...👏👏👏
